Yokai Parade: Supernatural Monsters from Japan
The exhibition represents Japan’s Yokai (Japanese folkloric imaginary monsters) culture from ancient periods to the present day in various forms including picture scrolls, prints, movies, toys and in their pop culture Manga and Anime.
‘Yokai Parade: Supernatural Monsters from Japan’ is organised by Auckland Council Libraries in collaboration with the Consulate-General of Japan in Auckland and the Japan Foundation.
The Exhibition Gallery is located on Level 2 of the Central City Library and closes at 6pm, Monday-Friday.
