How We Work

  • Step 1

    Book a consultation

    The made-to-measure process begins with a consultation, during which we spend some time learning and understanding your requirements, and building a fit profile from a comprehensive set of measurements. These will be kept on record and can be used for future orders as well.

  • Step 2

    Fit & details

    Any fine garment starts with the cloth and we work with the world’s finest suppliers, including Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry, Fox Brothers, Ariston, Caccioppoli, Albini and Thomas Mason.

    We will guide you through selecting
 a cloth that meets your specific requirements, including look, weight and performance, giving you a finished garment that not only looks great, but 
wears and lasts.

    We offer comprehensive personalisation options across all of our garments, such as lapel width and shape, trouser pleats or side adjusters, pocket configuration, linings, buttons and embroidery options, allowing for a truly individual garment made especially for you.

  • Step 3

    Construction & review

    Construction takes approximately 25 working days, after which we will see you again for one or more further fittings for any additional refinements required before finishing the garment.

    All our stores have senior made-to-measure specialists with a minimum of ten years of experience, who will guide you through the entire process step-by-step. We also have our own in-house tailoring workroom that can turnaround amendments in a timely fashion.

Valet Service

If you have an exisiting garment our tailoring workroom can repair and remodel pretty much anything. Whether it's a simple trouser waist being taken in (or out) our talented team is up to the task no matter how complex. We also provide cleaning, pressing and dry cleaning services to ensure your garment is in its best shape.
