Peter Gordon Everyday
Peter Gordon, Fusion chef extraordinaire had his book launch at Dine Restaurant last night.
The width and breadth of the crowd made it obvious that as Peter celebrates the release of his seventh book he is widely celebrated as one of our greatest creative talents.
Having followed Peter’s success for years and eaten in many of his restaurants I think this book sums him up perfectly. He has always been accessible, genuine and humble and this book celebrates those traits through simple and uncluttered recipes for good honest food that anyone can cook.
There has been a cookbook revolution of late but I think we are lucky to be able to take some credit for one of the best in the business being from our shores.
