Infrequent Use Of A Word
I used the expression Tickety Boo today. Now there's a word you don't hear very often (unless you are 80).
Possibly from Scotland where it was used as a title for a Childrens Song. It could also have originated in the British military.
Possibly related to the Hindi expression "tickee babu", meaning "everything's alright, sir". Some people spell it "diggity boo" or "tiggity boo".
Possibly I don't know what I am talking about.
