Gubb & Mackie knitwear is produced in New Zealand from 18 gauge Merino wool using a technique known as Fully Fashioned.
Individual pieces are engineered and knitted together at the seams.
Knitting by hand is essentially the same process however in this case it is automated for commercial production.
