Wall Real Estate and Webb's Auction House have come up with the ingenious idea of joining forces to sell one of New Zealand's most fabled properties, in what can best be described as home staging on steroids.
The Sang House is both an exquisite home and an important piece of New Zealand cultural history. It was designed by renowned Brake House architect and art collector Ron Sang as his personal residence in 1973. This architecturally designed home features distinct living spaces and a mosaic tiled swimming pool.
Add to this an in-situ roll call of New Zealand's finest contemporary artists including Guy Ngan, Gordon Walters, Ralph Hotere and Don Binney and you create something very special.
