Whare Tane
From time to time there are properties that capture your attention and inspire you.
I have such a house, and am very happy to stay put, but a property has come on the market that I have always admired.
Whare Tane, situated on the rear of Mount Eden, is an amazing looking property that is a bit mad and will possibly be bought by someone equally eccentric.
It needs work, looks dark, is probably cold and damp, no doubt has a rat problem and could be haunted.
Still: It could be fantatsic!
