Silly Bands
My youngest child is obsessed with silly bands: Basically these are overpriced rubber bands.
Who ever invented them is a genius: Possibly smarter than Steve Jobs or Bill Gates.
My oldest child need braces and is obsessed with making me feel bad for something she will thank me for later in life.
Essentially these are also overpriced rubber bands and the only one smiling is the dentist.
She also listens to her ipod too loud and became quite indignant when I told her she was too young to go the Big Day Out: Once again Silly Bands.
I guess having kids is all about either buying them stuff they don't need but want until they hit puberty then it's about buying them things they don't want but need.
Silly?
