Ortega Fish Shack
I was in Wellington last week and was lucky enough to make it along to Ortega Fish Shack for dinner.
This is one of the best Restaurant experiences that I have had in recent times.
If you are in Wellington make sure you pop along to their MarjoriBanks Street address.
They are situated directly behind the Embassy Theatre in a really cute heritage building.
Try the Oysters, eat some fish (I had the Salmon) and finish it off with the mousse and a glass of Pedro Ximenez Sherry from their excellent bar.
You get the feeling everyone who works here is at the top of his or her game. This is something good Wellington restaurants seem to achieve effortlessly.
