Join The Kulta Family With Man O'War & Crane Brothers
by Murray Crane
Man O’ War has long been one of our favourite wedding venues, so working with them on an exclusive offer to join their fine wine members club, The Kulta Family, made perfect sense.
An investment in wine makes sense for any special occasion, but we don’t always consider the lasting impact a "wedding wine" can offer. The Kulta wines are focused and pure, concentrated yet fine and most importantly, memorable. A wine that will last for many years allows you to relive a memory of a special day; these wines can do that.
The founders of Man O’ War are Finnish and in Finland, Kulta means loved one or gold. Claudia & I recently tried the Kulta gold label wines, and I can attest, these are some of the very best wines we’ve tried from Waiheke, in particular the sparkling Blanc de Blanc must be one of the best in New Zealand.
The sparkling could be French if served blind, I really appreciate the purity of the Totto Syrah, none of the hard edges you usually associate with Waiheke reds, the blend of red; Tytti is a great wine for a group due to the pleasing effects from the mix of varieties and it will age well.
Join The Kulta Family today via Man O’ War and you’ll receive a vinous treat from the Man O’ War cellar, a bottle of the Bordeaux Blend, ‘Tytti’ from the 2016 vintage.
As a member of The Kulta Family you have guaranteed access to these in demand, small production wines and you’ll be invited to the yearly Kulta Family Celebration on Waiheke. Man O’ War knows how to throw a good party, so this is one not to be missed.
