Julian Dashper (1960-2009) was a renowned New Zealand artist who made significant contributions to the contemporary art scene. Born on December 29, 1960, in Auckland, New Zealand, Dashper developed a passion for art at an early age and studied at the University of Auckland's Elam School of Fine Arts.
