Introducing Anderson's Belts
Situated on the banks of the Parma River in Northern Italy, northwest of Bologna. Parma is a small city famous for a leather industry built on passion, craftsmanship, and a dedication to tradition.
Anderson's fits this mould. Founded by Carlo Valenti in 1966, initially as a leather goods factory, Valenti pivoted into creating a direct-to consumer brand focussing on exceptional leather belts. Named after his favourite Savile Row maker - Anderson and Sheppard, Valenti designed a multi-coloured woven belt which was innovative and immediately set them apart from other makers.
Riccardo Valenti, the CEO of the family-owned company, said “It immediately set the personality and character of the brand. It was fresh and modern, but also authentic because it was made in our factory.”
Since then the company has developed belts in woven, tubular, hand-tooled saddle leather, suede, nappa, and exotic skins which sell all over the world. From traditional tailors to contemporary department stores, the Anderson’s brand is carried in over 80 countries - a testament to their design, philosophy, and craftsmanship.
Here at Crane Brothers we are pleased to introduce such an illustrious brand to our portfolio.
