Hop Card
I don't use a lot of public transport but my kids do and that involves regular coin raids for bus money.
I know it is early days but I was excited by what HOP proposed with their new card (remember this was the second choice after the doomed Snapper experiment and a large amount of our ratepayer money).
My excitement has very quickly disappeared followed by absolute frustration with a very poorly designed website that doesn't do half the things it should.
The payment function in particular is very buggy.
It is no wonder that council haven’t worked out how to pay for our light rail when they can’t even work out how to charge for the tickets.
