Henrietta Harris
Henrietta Harris has a new body of work.
The paintings, oil on canvas, are defaced portraits. "Fixed It" are works that have had much of their detail removed by the stroke of a painter's knife.
The destruction of such detailed and visually correct work may seem strange but the results are fantastic, self-censorship at it's best.
Free the face.
