Our Friends at Hastings Distillers have released an Autumn Gin.
The use of organic botanicals and Kaweka pure spring water is a nice touch and adds to the clear qualities of this product. Top notes of Mandarin, Quince, and Juniper provide a fruity and refreshing nose to the gin, while the Cassia bark and fresh Tarragon bring a warm spice and anise flavor to the palate creating a complex flavor profile.
The release is limited to only 450 bottles and, as always, is Biogro certified organic.
