Gilt Brasserie
by Murray Crane
Gilt Brasserie is a new restaurant in the Auckland CBD. Inspired by the legendary European Brasseries of New York and London (Think Balthazar and The Wolseley).
Open for lunch or dinner, the 130 seat restaurant will be ideal for everything from grabbing a sandwich to-go to sitting down for a drink after work or dinner with friends.
It’s a good looking room and menu and it is exciting to see fresh investment and optimism in Auckland Central Business District and ( even as a reformed smoker) any Restaurant that has matches gets an extra large tick from me.
Bravo Josh, Helen and the team.
