Many of you will remember getting hand written dockets from us ( in black pen of course) when making a purchase in store.
We still write all of our quotes by hand and also our Made to Measure orders.
Moving to a digital platform was a big decision but the results have been great in terms of greater accuracy and efficiency.
This week the Business Herald featured an article that had run as part of the Innovation Partnership we were involved with earlier in the year.
It highlighted our digital evolution from faxes to UFB and Cloud based technology.
