Busy
It has been another busy week at Crane Brothers.
We seem to be full on at present with new product launches, events, Australian expansion, a new website, new staff members and three new collections plus a whole bunch of other stuff I seem to be working on.
I couldn't do much without great staff.
I think the best way to get them to realise their full potential is to allow them to slog their guts out, it always worked for me.
