As we enter the Spring Equinox, marking the overhead shift of the Sun from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern, we're reminded of the cycle of renewal that comes with it.
Our good friends at Hastings Distillers embrace these shifts and this year have distilled the essence of spring with a limited edition Blossom Parade Gin, only 320 of these beautifully designed bottles have been produced. As with all their sprits they are Biogro certified organic.
Distilled with pure spring water from the Kaweka range, this gin unveils a symphony of notes. Orange blossom for fragrant citrus notes and pine needle to evoke the evergreens. A gentle touch of rose completes the sensory journey.
Serve simply over ice, top with tonic and let the flavours come alive.
