It's Valentines Day: another American tradition we have adopted to go with Obesity, Shopping Malls and Capitalism.
That's why men will be flocking in their thousands to buy overpriced chocolates at Westfield Malls throughout the country for their Wives, Mistresses, Lovers and Art Friends.
My advice: Flag all the palaver and just tell her you care.
Buy her something she really loves when she least expects it.
