French Cafe
With a proliferation of Restaurants opening in Auckland it is easy to forget old favorites. The French Cafe is one such place and last night I was lucky enough to go there for a surprise dinner. I am not a food critic, just critical and once again would find it very hard to fault our experience. So much has been written about this Restaurant and it has won nearly every award going around, it is easy to see why, our food was exceptional. Any Restaurant with a cellar that boasts Pyramid Valley and Bell Hill vintages by the glass is a good place to be. There were some questionable outfits; is it wrong to have a dress code at a Restaurant? The one thing I would urge them to enforce would be a no cell phone policy. Less tweeting and more eating.
