I am thoroughly supportive of Febfast: The idea being that you fast from alcohol for an entire month.
I think that it is a great initiative and implore as many of you as possible to take part.
Regardless of the charities that may benefit the greatest benefit could be to you and the ones you love.
If going without any alcohol for a month is something that scares you or is a challenge that you believe is too great, then that is the very reason you should be doing it.
Having experienced first hand how destructive alcoholism can be on relationships and witnessing daily the effect that it has on society through what we are exposed to in the media, I believe that we all need to play our part.
