Christchurch Gallery Trust Fundraiser
Crane Brothers is pleased to be involved again in 2014 with the Christchurch Art Gallery Trusts gala fundraiser. This year the event is themed by artist Bill Culbert who represented New Zealand at the Venice Biennale in 2013.
As well as being a great excuse to get out my Tux and frock up with my Art Friend it is also for a good cause.
The food this year is being prepared especially by British Chef super couple Fergus and Margot Henderson.
Fergus Henderson is famous for revolutionizing British food coining the nose to tail movement. He has just been awarded the lifetime achievement award for the worlds 50 Best Restaurants for his London restaurant St John.
Not so great for a strict vegetarian but I'm sure the wine will help. I will be going the whole hog, so to speak.
