The 55th International Art Exhibition – la Biennale di Venezia is now just two-and-a-half months away and more than 100 artists from around the world have been announced as taking part.
A staggering 400,000 people are expected to attend.
The 2013 Biennale is entitled Il Palazzo Enciclopedico – The Encyclopedic Palace, in honour of 1950s artist Marino Auriti, whose dream was to build a utopian Encyclopedic Palace containing all the greatest human discoveries.
