We always endeavour to ship your goods the day after your order is placed.


New Zealand

 

Free with any purchase over $300.00. For orders less than $300.00 we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.00. Please allow 3-5 working days for your purchase to be delivered. All packages are tracked and require a signature. Please endeavour to provide us with a work address unless you are certain that someone is home during the day to sign on your behalf. We cannot ship to a PO Box.


Australia


Shipping to Australia is free with any purchase over $300.00. For orders less than $300.00 we charge a flat shipping rate of $25.00.

International


Shipping to the rest of the world is $50.00 or free with any purchase over $500.
For our international shipping we use NZ Post track and trace. This ensures the best international shipping rates. Please allow 4 – 10 working days for delivery, however, this does not include the time for customs. Crane Brothers has no control over any customs charges that could be applied to your package when it reaches your destination. If there are any charges you will be responsible for their payment.

For large items or large purchases including Made to Measure we will tailor the shipping for you and can offer DDP shipping through FedEx on all orders if requested.


If you are a Crane Brothers customer we retain your measurements on file.
We offer a full swatching service door to door or we can send these electronically.

Returns & Exchange

If you do purchase something that isn’t quite right, you're welcome to return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else.

 

To refund or exchange your order, please follow the process below:


1. Before an item is returned please email customercare (at) crane-brothers.com and point out what the item is that you wish to return and why you are returning it.

 

2. Crane Brothers will then give you a return authorization number for your return. The code will be valid for 7 days. This number must be written on the returns form that was sent with your purchase.

 

3. You must then pay to send the item back to Crane Brothers. This must be done by using Track n Trace, as the item is your responsibility until it arrives at our store. The item must be in pristine condition with the original tags attached, and include your filled out return form.

 

4. Once Crane Brothers receives the item back, we will either refund you or send you your new item.
